Rules for using ProAthleteCare and subscription plans.
1. Scope
These terms apply to using the ProAthleteCare platform and related services.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
3. Service description
The platform provides performance tracking and training structure. It does not replace medical advice.
4. Plans, trial, billing
- Plan prices and features are shown on the Packages page.
- If a free trial is offered, access is granted for the trial period as described during signup.
- Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date (if applicable).
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the cancellation page/button:

Note: For subscriptions in Germany, an easy online cancellation option is commonly required.
6. User content
You keep ownership of data you enter. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service.
7. Liability
We provide the service “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
